Hello, my name is Michael Kovacik, owner of Superior Real Estate Inspections, PLLC. I would personally like to welcome you to my website. I gained an immense amount of building knowledge for 8 years with Lennar homes, through building homes and customer service. Prior to entering the construction industry, I taught High School Algebra for 3 years in the Houston Independent School District an earned high accolades in teaching.
With an in-depth knowledge and experience in the construction industry, I have been heavily trained in regards to the extensive building standards, experience in the different facets of construction, and supervised many contractors to perform their respective duties. I inspect every home, based upon the Texas Standards of Practice, and perform each inspection thorough and diligently throughout the process. All reports are clear, concise, easy-to-read and illustrated with photos verifying the deficiencies and safety concerns from your inspection.
